Tricia is a manager on CVS Health’s Business Development team, supporting CVS Health Ventures.
In her role, she works with startups in navigating the enterprise, manages the venture deal process, and develops insights to share with business units to help inform their strategies. Joining the team at the venture fund’s inception, she also supported the development of internal processes for managing the team’s new scope of work. Before joining the Business Development team, she was on the Retail Pharmacy Strategy team, assessing and incubating net new growth opportunities for Retail Pharmacy. During her time at CVS, she has built strategic relationships and expertise on topics spanning from Food as Medicine, Digital Therapeutics, HIV prevention, COVID vaccine initiatives, real-estate, and pharmacy reimbursement. She is passionate about finding solutions that help individuals live their happiest, healthiest lives through the harmony of medicine and lifestyle.
Tricia began her career at Huron Consulting Group, supporting large healthcare systems in software implementations to optimize their revenue cycle operations. She also served as the Boston City Lead for organizing networking and volunteer events that encouraged connections across the company. Tricia attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she obtained her B.S. in Public Health from the Gillings School of Public Health.Back To Team
