Libby Peil

Elizabeth (Libby) Storrick Peil is an Administrative Fellow at Allina Health.

Allina is a not-for-profit health care system that is dedicated to the prevention and treatment of illness and enhancing the greater health of individuals, families and communities throughout Minnesota and western Wisconsin. As a Fellow, Libby supports and leads a variety of projects across the system that often intersect with new technologies and innovative programs, including Sleep Medicine, Hospital at Home, and Population Health. Libby is interested in how large, integrated health systems can leverage new technologies and start-up companies to improve care quality, ensure equitable access, and advance patient well-being and experience. Libby is also interested in how health systems can partner with venture capital to take innovative, internal ideas externally.

Libby has a Master’s of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Mathematics and Sociology from Beloit College. Prior to starting at Allina Health, Libby worked at Mayo Clinic as a Statistical Programmer Analyst on Cancer Quality of Life and Leukemia clinical trials. During her Master’s degree, Libby completed a summer residency at the American Red Cross evaluating the organization’s cellular therapy product portfolio.
