Erinn is the Director of Marketing and Investor Relations
Erinn joined Flare Capital in 2023 and is responsible for leading the firm’s marketing and investor relations functions.
Prior to joining Flare Capital, Erinn supported Redesign Health, building marketing strategies for new venture portfolio companies across SaaS, de novo clinics, and healthcare service models. She also worked directly with emerging funds and early-stage management teams as a consultant, to define B2B marketing and communications strategies, deliver brand impact, and drive go-to-market objectives from 0-to-1.
Previously, Erinn spent 10 years in business development roles leading strategic partnerships, content monetization, and acquisitions for global media, sports, and entertainment companies across North America, Europe, and MENA. Erinn actively supports and works with RXArt whose mission is to help children heal through the power of visual art, and The Art Therapy Project, a non-profit mental health organization aiming to help adults and youth affected by trauma.
Erinn earned her BBA from University of Wisconsin-Madison, double majoring in Finance Investment Banking and Economics.
