Emily Arfman

Emily is a first-year MBA student at The Wharton School in the Health Care Management program.

At Wharton, Emily serves on the board of the Health Care Club and Wharton Health Care Business Conference planning committee. She also serves as the healthcare lead for Wharton Venture Foragers, a student-run initiative that develops industry reports on emerging sectors for investment.

Prior to Wharton, Emily spent four years in strategy consulting at Deloitte, where she focused on innovation and customer strategy for providers, health plans, pharmaceutical companies, and medical technology clients. Emily then joined a healthcare venture studio called Oxeon Ventures; At Oxeon, Emily focused on building a new company, Eleanor Health, which provides evidence-based, whole-person recovery care for patients with opioid use disorder and substance use disorder amid the nation’s opioid crisis.

Emily graduated cum laude from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering.
