Ellidia Dupont

Ellidia Guan Dupont is a first-year MBA student at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Prior to pursuing her MBA, Ellidia was a Strategy Manager at DaVita Integrated Kidney Care, a subsidiary of DaVita focused on value-based care.

During her time at DaVita, she developed and implemented strategic plans for government programs, shifting traditional fee for service structures to capitated risk payment models. Ellidia was integral in the launch of a new Medicare Advantage Special Needs product, resulting in improved health outcomes and quality of life for a complex, chronic patient population. Before joining DaVita, Ellidia received a grant to design and lead an HIV/AIDS music therapy program in rural Cameroon. Ellidia started her career with Citigroup in New York City.

At Stanford, Ellidia is a member of the Venture Capital Club and Entrepreneur Club. Ellidia earned her BA in Healthcare Management from Vanderbilt University, where she was an Ingram Scholar.
