Anna Kamen is a second year dual degree MBA/ MPP student at MIT Sloan and Harvard Kennedy School.
At MIT Sloan, she is on the leadership team of the healthcare club, serving on the alumni committee. She also works with the MIT administration to reform the MBA core curriculum to incorporate more robust discussions of diversity, equity and inclusion. At Harvard Kennedy School, Anna serves as a research assistant to Tara Westover, author of Educated.
During her MPP summer, Anna worked as a Policy Fellow in the Connecticut Governor’s Office helping with their COVID-19 response efforts. Specifically, she worked on developing the COVID-19 testing prioritization strategy for high risk communities and helped stand up Connecticut’s statewide contact tracing program. Prior to graduate school, Anna worked for four years at Acumen LLC, a health policy consulting firm based in the Bay Area. Her projects focused on assisting Medicare clients with designing, implementing, and evaluating a variety of pay-for-performance initiatives, including bundled payment models and the dialysis payment system. Anna earned her BA from Princeton University, where she graduated magna cum laude from the School of Public and International Affairs.Back To Team
