Alexandra is a first year MBA student at Duke where she is pursuing a certificate in Health Sector Management and a concentration in Strategy.
She received Duke’s Manning Scholarship, a full-tuition scholarship and stipend for healthcare business leadership; is a Duke Margolis Scholar in health policy; and is a Forté Fellow. Prior to business school, Alexandra worked for a boutique strategy healthcare consulting firm, where she advised biopharmaceutical companies and private equity clients on strategic commercial development planning and top-line revenue growth. Alexandra later worked for an Atlas Venture startup pharma company developing novel therapeutics for inflammatory and autoimmune diseases and then for the life sciences division of a Private Equity/Venture Capital firm. She has served as an ad-hoc advisor for Boston Microfluidics, a biotech company developing at-home blood collection and testing kits. Alexandra was Co-Chair of Duke Boston for five years and received the 2019 Forever Duke Award for her contributions to “knowledge in service to society.” She graduated with honors from Duke University with a B.S. in Biology, a B.A. in Spanish, and a Certificate in Genome Science.Back To Team
