Alexandra Mullin

Alexandra is a first year MBA student at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where she is actively involved with the Center for Digital Strategies, Healthcare Club, and Technology Club.

Prior to Tuck, Alexandra worked at Forward, a primary care startup in San Francisco. There, she collaborated with engineering teams implement a custom built EMR and telemedicine app. She managed an on-call patient services team to field customer inbounds and coordinate with outside vendors and providers, designing team operating manuals and best practices. Alexandra oversaw ongoing operations for vendor management and inventory, engaging with onsite medical teams at multiple clinical locations to optimize costs and clinical capabilities as well as overall patient experience. She also led remote hiring initiatives, designing scalable processes to screen 10,000+ applicants, while interviewing and hiring 100 individuals. Before joining the team at Forward, Alexandra worked as a life sciences consultant at Navigant, advising pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients on strategic commercial development and lifecycle planning for MS and peanut allergy therapies.

Alexandra is deeply passionate about leveraging technology to increase access to high quality healthcare. In particular, she is excited about utilizing AI and machine learning to improve diagnostic capabilities, personalized care, and patient engagement. She graduated from Stanford in 2015 with a BA in Human Biology, focused on public health and international development.
