Adeyoola or “Yoola” Adeniji is a first-year MBA student at Yale School of Management, where she is a Consortium Fellow and Forté Fellow.
Prior to Yale, Yoola worked in operations at Cohere Health, a Flare portfolio company reimagining utilization management and addressing administrative burden. At Cohere, she led user onboarding, managed relationships with key provider groups, spearheaded health equity initiatives, and led other strategic projects. Before Cohere, Yoola co-led electronic health record (EHR) system implementation and training for population health programs at Mass General Brigham (formerly Partners Healthcare). She is passionate about improving accessibility and promoting equity within the healthcare system. Yoola obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education with a minor in Communication Studies from the University of Florida.Back To Team
