Winna Wu is Manager on the Innovation and Digital Health Accelerator (IDHA) team at Boston Children’s Hospital. At Boston Children’s, she works on scoping early-stage digital tools and supporting enterprise strategy. She helps guide the integration of new technologies and optimize existing systems, as well as serving the clinical perspective in the development of innovative solutions to promote patient outcomes and efficient processes. Prior to this role, she worked as an RN on a pediatric psych unit but hoped to improve healthcare from a different perspective which led her to go on to pursue business school to further explore the intersection of healthcare, technology, and innovation. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Management from the Duke Fuqua School of Business. She holds an active Registered Nurse license with the state of Michigan.
