Uva Dayalan

Uva Dayalan is a first-year MBA student at Harvard Business School.

Prior to HBS, Uva spent two years at Cityblock Health on the Growth and Strategic Finance teams designing and executing Cityblock’s growth strategy, managing the end-to-end negotiation process for new VBC partnerships, leading financial assessments of revenue-generating opportunities, and supporting corporate development activities. Before Cityblock, Uva was the second hire on Cohere Health’s Strategy & Growth team, where she developed Cohere’s VBC and GTM strategies and implemented the company’s first pilot partnership with Iora. Uva began her career as a Strategy & Operations consultant at Deloitte.

Uva is a proud Terp, graduating from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Bioengineering. She is not only passionate about healthcare but is also deeply committed to furthering DE&I through career advancement and STEM education programs. In her free time, she enjoys walking her French Bulldog around the streets of Cambridge and hopes to begin training to become a hot pilates / yoga instructor!
