Therese is a first-year MBA student at Kellogg School of Management, where she focuses on Healthcare and Finance and is a Director of the Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital club. Before Kellogg, she spent three years at Tia, a women’s healthcare start-up, as Tia’s first Chief of Staff and a leader on the Strategy & Operations team. As one of Tia’s first employees, she saw the company grow from 15 to 200 (+) and built out many of the company functions, such as go-to-market strategy, recruitment, and growth marketing. She launched Tia’s first strategy and operations team and supported opening 3 Tia Clinics. Therese was also a venture fellow at RockHealth Capital, and she currently works as a Go-to-Market and Operations consultant for Zocalo Health, a virtual care start-up focused on the Latino community. Therese started her career at IBM as a Digital Strategy Consultant. She received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Princeton University. Therese is originally from Southern California and enjoys playing soccer, painting, and cooking.
