Tella Feist, CPA, is a Senior Manager of Corporate Development & Strategic Investments at GuideWell, where she supports the company’s strategic investment portfolio, oversees financial reviews, and drives budgeting and governance processes across joint ventures and key partnerships. She evaluates private equity and venture capital opportunities and collaborates with leadership on post-implementation value assessments and financial planning.
Previously, Tella held roles across accounting and financial reporting at GuideWell and Baptist Health, where she led acquisition onboarding, consolidation activities, and intercompany financial operations. She launched her career in financial services at Fidelity Investments, obtaining her Series 7 and 63 certifications, and subsequently moved into public accounting roles at Ennis, Pellum & Associates and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Tella holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
