Taylor Gebhardt is a first-year MBA student at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, concentrating in Health Sector Management. Prior to Fuqua, Taylor spent 5 years as a strategy consultant at Deloitte in the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice, where she advised clients across commercial and federal health sectors. She led efforts to help health plans, PBMs, and pharmacies identify and capture growth opportunities, execute large-scale strategic transformations, and implement operational improvements that drove measurable financial performance and enhanced service delivery for millions of members. In addition to her work at Deloitte, Taylor spent time at Socially Determined, a health tech startup. Across both roles, she researched and developed strategies to address social drivers of health, enabling organizations to improve outcomes and advance health equity.
Taylor holds a B.S. in Human Science from Georgetown University, where she was a player and captain of the Women’s Lacrosse team. She is originally from Upstate, NY and in her free time she enjoys being active outdoors with friends, skiing, working on her golf game, and cooking.
