Steven C. Glass

Steven C. Glass (Steve) is Medical Mutual’s President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the company’s board of directors.

Mr. Glass, a highly experienced healthcare executive, joined the Cleveland Clinic in 2002 and was named the organization’s Chief Financial Officer in 2005. In that role he was responsible for the overall financial operations of the Cleveland Clinic and its subsidiaries worldwide. Prior to joining the Cleveland Clinic, Mr. Glass was Vice President of Finance for MedStar Health, a large healthcare delivery system in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Mr. Glass earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Towson University in Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is on the board of directors for the Greater Cleveland Partnership and the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, as well as a member of the American Institute of Certified Accountants, Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Healthcare Financial Management Association. Mr. Glass is a past board chair for the Ohio Hospital Association.
