Sophie Cohen

Sophie is a Senior Professional on the Corporate Development team at Humana, helping to identify, assess, negotiate, and close all mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships for the enterprise. Throughout her two years on the team, Sophie has worked on inorganic growth strategies ranging from <$1mm to $1bn+ across several of the company’s business segments, including Home Health, Primary Care, and Medicare distribution. Prior to Corporate Development, she spent 1.5 years in Corporate Banking at MUFG in New York City, covering US subsidiaries of global large cap healthcare companies. Sophie also interned with Humana for almost three years during her undergraduate career in a rotational Finance and Accounting internship, spending time in several functional areas throughout the company. Sophie earned her B.S. in Finance from the University of Louisville.
