Samuel Young works in Humana’s M&A and Venture Capital group, where he supports strategic acquisitions, partnerships, and investments that advance the company’s growth and innovation objectives. Prior to Humana, he spent a year at ScionHealth, a national hospital operator, where he played a key role in evaluating and executing M&A transactions to expand the organization’s footprint and service offerings. Samuel began his career at KPMG, providing assurance services to clients across diverse industries.
Samuel is a licensed CPA and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisville, as well as a master’s degree from the Trulaske College of Business at the University of Missouri. Outside of work, he enjoys running, playing golf, and spending quality time with his wife and daughters.
