Rahina Damji is an MBA candidate at Columbia Business School and holds an undergraduate dual degree in Honors Business Administration and Health Sciences.
Before school, she spent four years at Kearney’s Healthcare and Life Sciences practice in Toronto, advising payer-provider and pharmacy clients across North America on growth strategy and operating model transformation. She led initiatives to boost profitability for a national pharmacy chain by optimizing specialty drug pricing and supplier negotiations, and supported the integration of an AI chart review tool to improve Medicare risk capture and prospective analytics.
Most recently, she completed a secondment as Chief of Staff to Kaiser Permanente’s SVP of Government Programs, where she designed and led the Medicare monthly operating review process, coordinating inputs from 70+ stakeholders.
Rahina is energized by preventive, equitable care and the use of AI to streamline clinical and back-office workflows, and she is excited to keep immersing herself in health tech during her MBA.
