Nick is a first-year MBA candidate at MIT and a seasoned entrepreneur. He founded two profitable ventures: Kefi Care, a multi-clinician pediatric child development practice in NYC, where he led growth and expanded service capacity to several dozen schools, and now serves as an advisor; and Formato Studio, a product design consultancy delivering solutions for Fortune 500 and VC-backed clients, which he scaled into a 10-person global team. He is currently exploring a health tech startup focused on redefining healthcare operations with AI and data integration.
Nick previously led growth and AI strategy engagements at Monitor Deloitte for healthcare and technology companies. At Elevance Health (formerly Anthem Inc.), he helped integrate 10 business units into a scalable SaaS and synthetic data platform, advancing AI capabilities and securing major technology investments. With CXO sponsorship, Nick led the team that built Deloitte’s AI & Data Strategy practice, driving early growth and creating the operational infrastructure from scratch to scale the practice to hundreds of consultants. Earlier in his career, Nick was a Workday finance architect and product lead across seven ERP/EMR deployments, including the first Workday full-platform deployment for a health system.
Nick earned a Bachelor’s in Economics from George Washington University with high honors with a thesis examining the econometric impacts of markets on public health markers. A native New Yorker, he enjoys skiing, hiking, competitive weightlifting, and spending time with his family.
