Murtaza Mubin

Murtaza is a second-year MBA candidate at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. During his MBA, he has supported commercial and go-to-market initiatives at Qualified Health, an early-stage generative AI platform for health systems. Prior to the GSB, he spent five years in Healthcare Private Equity investing at Parthenon Capital, focusing on tech-enabled services within provider and payor ecosystems. His work centered on identifying businesses advancing automation and AI adoption across administrative workflows, including utilization management, claims management and chart retrieval. Murtaza continues to be energized by the mission of helping healthcare organizations realize the clinical and operational promise of AI at scale. Murtaza grew up in Karachi, Pakistan, and holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Economics from Duke University. Outside of work, he enjoys running, hiking, exploring San Francisco and waking up early on the weekends to support his favorite soccer team, Arsenal.
