Micah Dean is a healthcare innovation and strategy leader with more than 15 years of experience working inside large health systems. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Health Services Ventures at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, where his work focuses on optimizing financial and operational performance through innovation, outside-in partnerships and venture creation.
Micah has led initiatives spanning digital health, pharmacy transformation, gene and cell therapy strategy, and venture development. His work emphasizes strategic fit, financial rigor, scalability, and real-world execution within complex health system environments. He collaborates with clinicians, operators, entrepreneurs, and investors to advance opportunities from early discovery through pilot, partnership, and commercialization. With a background that blends health system operations and venture building, Micah operates at the intersection of providers, startups, and capital.
Micah received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Marketing, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Kentucky.
