Max Proebstle is a Surgery Business Manager at Adventist Health. He currently serves at one of its Southern California markets where he oversees the sustainable growth and efficient operations of the surgical service line. Previously, Max completed a two-year finance leadership residency with Adventist Health. His earlier experiences include corporate strategy fellowships in the healthcare and oil & gas industries.
Max holds a Master of Business Administration from La Sierra University, with concentrations in finance and healthcare management, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Economics, and Social Sciences from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Originally from Austria, where he developed a passion for skiing, Max now resides in Los Angeles, embracing the city’s diverse sports offerings.
