Masha Feingold

Masha Feingold is a first-year MBA candidate at the Harvard Business School, acting as a panel director for the Healthcare Conference. Her interests lie most centrally in primary care innovation, particularly in expanding access to high quality, affordable care for underserved populations. Prior to HBS, Masha was a Senior Director at Oak Street Health, leading the product strategy in the launch of a new at-home venture in partnership with CVS Health covering 150k+ lives. Before OSH, Masha worked across product, ops, and strategy functions at Detect, a diagnostics startup, building a molecular at-home Covid test. Responsible for Detect’s telehealth strategy, Masha launched a partnership with Carbon Health to enable folks who’d tested positive to gain access to antivirals. She started her career in Deloitte’s healthcare strategy consulting practice. Masha holds a B.S. in Neuroscience with minors in Chemistry and Visual Arts from Duke University.
