Margaret Rollins
Margaret Rollins is a first-year MBA candidate at The Wharton School in the Health Care Management program. Margaret is the VP of Production for the Pulse Podcast and an Operations Chair for the 2023 Wharton Health Care Business Conference.
Most recently, Margaret spent three years at Eleanor Health, a comprehensive value-based organization reimagining how we treat mental health and substance use disorders. As the 9th employee, Margaret wore many hats across operations, strategy, and growth. Her responsibilities ranged from leading the Growth Ops team, launching Eleanor in seven markets, implementing novel population health contracts, serving as the Interim Director of Operations for Ohio, and supporting special projects with the Senior Leadership Team. Prior to Eleanor, Margaret worked at Oxeon Partners, where she helped build transformational leadership teams for early-stage and high-growth digital health companies. At Oxeon, she also led market research efforts for NewCo launches in collaboration with Oxeon’s Venture Studio.
Margaret earned her BA from Dartmouth College, where she studied History and Art History. Outside school, Margaret spends her time cooking for friends, traveling, and spending as much time outdoors as she can hiking, fly fishing, and skiing.
