Marcy Medlak is Chief of Staff to the Vice President of Provider Partnerships at Elevance Health, where she supports enterprise strategy and the execution of value-based and risk-bearing partnerships with physicians serving millions of patients nationwide. Her work sits at the intersection of payer–provider strategy, value-based care, and growth execution.
Previously, Marcy held senior leadership roles at Commonwealth Care Alliance, Signify Health, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, where she built and led cross-functional teams across Medicare product development, analytics, provider partnerships, and network strategy. Across roles, she has translated complex market dynamics into scalable strategies, disciplined execution, and measurable performance outcomes.
Marcy holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
