Maclaine is a Senior Program Manager of Corporate Development at Point32Health, a regional non-profit healthcare company in New England. In her role, Maclaine supports inorganic growth and M&A opportunities as well as Point32Health’s venture capital investment portfolio. Prior to joining Point32Health, Maclaine was a Consultant on Kaiser Permanente’s Business Development team working on M&A, joint venture, and growth opportunities for KP’s health plan and hospital divisions.
Maclaine received her Master of Public Policy degree from Georgetown University and her BA with a concentration in Political Science from Brown University in 2018, where she was member of the Brown Women’s Soccer program.
