Lucie is the Growth and Retention Lead at Humana in its CenterWell Senior Primary Care business, where she sits at the cross-section of strategy and operations to improve patient activation and retention at the local and national level.
She also leads Centerwell’s Patient Engagement strategy, which aims to optimize engagement through a suite of pilots and programs. She has a deep interest and passion for improving the healthcare experience for seniors, particularly through the lens of addressing health-related social needs. Previously, Lucie was part of Humana’s Corporate Strategy team, where she developed enterprise strategies for addressing Social Determinants of Health, improved patient care coordination, and operational improvements across the Insurance and CenterWell businesses. Lucie holds a B.S. in Economics with a minor in French from the University of Louisville, where she graduated as a Dean’s and Honor’s Scholar. Outside of work, she enjoys live music, trying new restaurants, and yoga.
