Lily Wu

Lily Wu is a Senior Manager/Senior Associate at CVS Health on the CVS Health Ventures (CVSHV) team. As a founding member of CVSHV, she supports business unit relationships development, portfolio company growth, and diligence in early and growth stage investments in digital health. Currently, Lily manages the team’s market development efforts via leading the fund of funds strategy and engaging with industry partners including VC and corporate venture capital teams. Previously, Lily was a part of Enterprise Business Development team that drove strategic partnerships at CVS Health, with the COVID-19 over-the-counter testing partnerships being the most notable project that drove national impact and billions in revenue. Prior, she worked as a product advisor for the CVS Health Digital team, specifically MinuteClinic and Specialty Pharmacy. She worked closely with product managers, UX, and developer teams to prioritize product updates and fixes to effectively raise customer satisfaction metrics. Lily graduated with honors from Babson College with a B.S. in Business Administration. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as doing outdoor activities like hiking, surfing, and snowboarding.
