Lesley Hansen

Lesley is currently a strategy development leader for Advocate Health Enterprises (AHE), a diversified business unit of Advocate Health. AHE’s growing portfolio of companies aim to address people’s broader health needs to help them live well at every stage of life. In this role, she manages category sector development, synergy integration, and sourcing strategies for AHE’s portfolio categories – as well as developing KPI metrics in partner with AHE’s portfolio companies for Board level reporting. She has nine years of experience working for health systems at the corporate support level; specifically in strategic planning, business development analytics, and consumer insights.

She has a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Valparaiso University, a Bachelors of Science degree from Indiana University Bloomington, and a LEAN Six Sigma Certification with an emphasis in healthcare application from Villanova University. She is a sport fan, particularly Chicago Bears and Indiana Hoosiers, a lover of documentaries-especially true-crime, and Mom to a baseball loving seven-year-old. She lives in the suburbs of Chicago with her husband, son and mini-goldendoodle.
