Kendall Dexter is a Senior Strategic Advisor on the Corporate Development team at Blue Cross NC, where she evaluates initiatives to improve health care affordability, access, and equity through strategic partnerships with innovative health organizations across North Carolina and beyond. Kendall plays a key role within the CuraCor Group, Blue Cross NC’s diversified business group, supporting wholly owned subsidiaries and advancing strategic acquisition and investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Blue Cross NC, Kendall began her career in investment banking, structuring and executing leveraged finance transactions to support mergers, acquisitions, and leveraged buyouts for clients across industrial and services sectors.
Kendall earned a B.B.A in Finance from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, where she led finance and fundraising efforts for the largest student-run organization on campus, benefiting Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
