Kelly is a second-year master’s student at Cornell studying Information Science with a focus on Health Tech, and serves as President of the Healthcare Club.
She previously led a mobile EHR redesign at Nextgen Healthcare, where she restructured visual information architecture and integrated ambient listening into physician workflows to improve care delivery efficiency. She is currently working with Layer Health on LLM-powered medical chart review products used by clinical data abstraction teams, and conducting research at Weill Cornell Medicine on postpartum depression risk prediction, exploring how clinical data can enable earlier intervention.
Kelly is driven by how thoughtfully designed health data infrastructure and applied AI can reduce clinical burden, improve patient outcomes, and support the development of scalable, durable healthcare businesses.
