Julien is a first-year MBA candidate at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is deeply passionate about building innovative care delivery solutions that improve outcomes and reduce costs for vulnerable patient populations.
Prior to attending the GSB, Julien led the development of chronic condition management programs and strategy at Oak Street Health, Part of CVS Health, a value-based care provider for patients on Medicare. In his role, Julien was responsible for designing and scaling clinical programs serving over 7,000 high-risk patients with conditions such as advanced heart failure and uncontrolled diabetes. These programs demonstrated a reduction in hospitalizations and improved performance on clinical outcomes tied to Stars.
Julien grew up in Chicago and earned his BA in Economics from the University of Chicago. He started his career in economic consulting at Analysis Group, where he helped develop the firm’s digital health practice and contributed to cases across the healthcare industry. In his free time, Julien loves to go on runs, play tennis, and enjoy laughs over dinners at new restaurants.
