Joy Young is Head of People at Author Health. She has 15 years of experience in startups and corporate environments. She is passionate about building inclusive work cultures and utilizing data to drive decision making. She received her MBA from Rutgers University and her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder. 

Joy is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in leading and managing HR teams. She is skilled at developing and implementing HR programs and policies that support the company’s business goals. She also has extensive knowledge in employee relations, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition.
