Jessica Radford

Jessica is the Director of Investor Relations at Flare Capital Partners. She is responsible for executing the firm’s management and communications strategy related to financial and strategic limited partners and supports fundraising efforts. Jessica has extensive experience linking both internal and external stakeholders of organizations and helping them make the most of their key relationships.

Prior to joining Flare Capital, Jessica worked for several technology start-ups driving their growth strategy around connecting key stakeholders and talent acquisition. Earlier in her career Jessica was instrumental in the growth of Slalom Consulting’s Boston office, evolving from the first employee to an equity partner. She oversaw the creation and execution of the talent acquisition strategy for all business lines including, advisory, strategy, and client leaderships. Jessica played a pivotal role in the growth of the healthcare and life sciences practice by attracting industry experts and thought leaders to join the firm. By nurturing relationships with key stakeholders within the healthcare and life sciences ecosystem, she developed a keen understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the sector.

Throughout her career, she has created value for organizations by building and leveraging networks of key stakeholders. Jessica’s ability to forge connections with leaders and understand the nuances of the sectors she’s been involved with has been a key to her success.

Jessica graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Organizational Communications and Management from Purdue University.
