Jesse Bissen is a Program Manager in Strategy and Market Development at Allina Health, a large not-for-profit Health system in Minnesota. In his role, Jesse leads strategic planning efforts across Allina’s myriad business units and facilitates market development initiatives. Jesse has experience in a variety of healthcare settings, primarily in Behavioral Health and Substance Use disorder treatment operations. He is eager to play a role in the transformation of Healthcare Delivery for the betterment of the health and wellness of the patients Allina serves.
Before joining Allina Health, Jesse received his MHA from the University of Minnesota, and his BS in Health Services Management and Public Health from the same University. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, world travel and has a passion for acting and creative writing.
