Jenee Rideaux

The Wharton School of Business

Jenee is a first-year MBA candidate at The Wharton School in the Healthcare Management program. Prior to Wharton, Jenee worked across business development and customer delivery at Olive, an AI company for healthcare providers. In these roles, she led customers through the automation of time-consuming care coordination, clinical documentation, and reimbursement tasks and developed plans for product expansion. Prior to Olive, Jenee managed projects at Huron Consulting, partnering with leading health systems to improve clinical operations and patient experience. There, she stood up a hospital’s capacity management program during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and designed a multidisciplinary clinic practice for a leading oncology center.

Within digital health, Jenee is excited about utilizing emerging technologies to address the social determinants of health that drive chronic disease and clinical complications in communities of color and the elderly. At Wharton, she co-hosts The Pulse Podcast, interviewing the founders of growing digital health companies. She is also an active member of the Wharton African American MBA Association. She earned her BA in Global Economic Development from Vanderbilt University in 2015. In her free time, Jenee enjoys cheering on the NOLA Saints and working to improve her tennis game.
