Jeffrey Fedder is the Head of Corporate Development and Strategic Investments for GuideWell. In this role, he leads strategic investments and business development initiatives, including mergers/acquisitions, divestitures, principal investments, joint ventures/alliances and partnerships that support enterprise business strategy.
Prior to this role, Jeff was a Vice President coving healthcare services at Goldman Sachs and also spent time as a Vice President at Citigroup in the healthcare investment banking division. He began his career as an equity research analyst, where he covered healthcare companies on both the buyside and sellside.
Jeff received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. He has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
