Jay Tighe

Jay is a Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy at Fresenius Medical Care, a leading provider of dialysis services and renal care products. He works closely with senior executives and business unit leads across the organization to identify, develop, and implement actionable growth opportunities for the business. He has worked on initiatives ranging from business unit turnaround and growth strategy to supporting strategic planning across the business. Prior to Fresenius, Jay was a consultant at BCG, where he served clients across industries, including healthcare, retail, logistics, and public sector. He was also a Principal at Bella Private Markets, a consulting firm specializing in the private capital industry and innovation policy. Jay is additionally the co-founder of Spotlight Cinema Supply, a film production supply rental company based in Tulsa, OK, and previously co-founded and led a nonprofit addressing homelessness in Philadelphia. Jay received his MBA from The Wharton School and his BBA in Economics, International Business, and Management from Villanova University. He currently lives in Salem, MA with his husband Jon.
