Jacob is a second-year master’s student at Cornell Tech (Cornell University), pursuing an M.S. in Computer Science—Health Tech and serving as President of the Student Government. His work centers on advanced machine learning and large language model (LLM) solutions for healthcare, spanning everything from proteomics to electronic health records. At Cornell, Jacob conducts research at Weill Cornell and co-leads the Future Founders Club, hosting speaker series and hackathons that connect entrepreneurs and engineers across New York City with the campus community. This past summer, he interned in Computational R&D at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. Previously, he worked at Humana on NLP-driven healthcare solutions. Jacob also co-founded a startup partnered with Weill Cornell Medicine that’s revolutionizing healthcare data sharing through an automated compliance platform, enabling secure collaboration between hospitals, researchers, and emerging ventures. He graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2023 with a B.S. in Computer Science and minors in Neuroscience and Mathematics. After completing his master’s, he will join NVIDIA to develop LLM tools and libraries, accelerating the next wave of AI-driven digital medicine.
