Jack Cai is a strategy professional on the Innovation and Digital Health Accelerator (IDHA) and Strategy & Business Development teams at Boston Children’s Hospital, where he supports digital transformation, operational performance, and strategic growth initiatives. His work focuses on translating complex health system challenges into data-driven strategies that improve patient and clinical outcomes. He brings a strong foundation in operational planning, strategic analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within healthcare settings.
Prior to Boston Children’s Hospital, Jack worked as a healthcare market access consultant at IQVIA, where he developed expertise in operational and go-to-market strategy across commercial and pharmaceutical environments. He holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) with a concentration in healthcare administration and an undergraduate degree in business administration. Outside of work, he enjoys watching basketball, walking his dogs, and traveling.
