Henry is a Vice President in Novo Holdings’ Principal Investments (private equity) group and has been with the company since October 2021. He participates in deal sourcing and execution and manages investments across the healthcare sector as a part of Novo Holdings’ Boston office.
Prior to Novo Holdings, Henry served as a consultant at Roland Berger for two years, primarily focusing on the industrials space. He also began his career with consulting internships in the healthcare space at Clarion and Thrive Consulting. Henry holds a BS in Bioengineering with a Finance minor from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
