Hayden Roe

As a Finance Leadership Resident at Adventist Health, Hayden plays a pivotal role in supporting key corporate treasury functions, including investments, debt management, real estate, and energy. Committed to the principles of value-based care, Hayden’s efforts align with Adventist Health’s mission of providing comprehensive well-being through physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

In Q1 of 2024, Hayden will have completed an MBA concentrated in finance at Louisiana State University. In addition to an MBA, Hayden holds a BBA from the Walla Walla University School of Business. Demonstrating a commitment to professional growth and excellence, Hayden is concurrently pursuing a CFA, aiming to contribute significantly to both his organization and the broader healthcare industry.

Hayden lives in Roseville, CA and enjoys spending time backpacking, snowboarding, and catching up on his overabundance of emails.
