Hallie is a first-year joint degree candidate at Harvard Business School and Harvard School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Prior to grad school, Hallie spent the last three years in CA as an R&D engineer at Inari Medical, where she led the design and commercialization of a venous thrombectomy device that has been used to treat 10,000+ patients. Hallie also previously spent time at Catalent Pharma where, as part of a rotational development program, she held operations and strategy roles ranging from tackling supply chain issues in manufacturing the COVID-19 vaccine to deploying new data analytics tools for process optimization and capacity forecasting. Hallie graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a B.S. in biomedical engineering, and while in undergrad she was the technical co-founder of an end-stage renal disease startup, Relavo Medical. Hallie is passionate about advancing health equity in underserved populations through technical innovations. In her free time, she enjoys playing soccer, running along the Charles River, skiing, and surfing.
