Glenna Roberts

Glenna Roberts is a joint MBA/MPP candidate at Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School. She is passionate about building human-centered healthcare systems that empower patients and drive equitable outcomes across communities. She began her career advocating to end tuberculosis as a Policy Analyst at the United Nations before transitioning into population health data analytics at Healthfirst, a regional health insurer in New York City. Most recently, Glenna was a Senior Product Manager at Stellar Health, a Series C startup, where she built software to support payers, providers, and patients in succeeding under value-based care arrangements. While pursuing her MBA, Glenna is interested in exploring technology-enabled care delivery, value-based business models, and cross-sector partnerships. She holds a BS in Science, Technology, and International Affairs from Georgetown University. When not working or studying, you can usually find her hiking or skiing in the mountains.
