Geralyn is currently an MBA candidate at the Kellogg School of Management. Prior to graduate school, she worked at Healthcare Foundry, a venture studio dedicated to building and launching tech-enabled healthcare services. During her time there, she co-founded Playground Pediatrics, a platform focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based pediatric care. As part of Playground’s early launch, Geralyn led the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy. This involved analyzing local competition, state Medicaid regulations, and value-based care opportunities across all 50 states to identify optimal target geographies for expansion. She also contributed to financial and business due diligence for potential practice acquisitions to support the platform’s growth.
Prior to Healthcare Foundry, Geralyn worked as a health tech consultant at Decimal.health, a boutique consulting firm, and as an operator at Iora Health, which was acquired by OneMedical in 2021. Geralyn is passionate about healthcare entrepreneurship and building businesses that improve care delivery for underserved populations. She graduated from Amherst College with a B.A in Psychology in 2018.
