“Emma Caponigro is Corporate Strategy Consultant at Humana. In her role, she works with senior leaders to prioritize strategic investments and chart the path for the company’s future. Emma has significant experience consulting with Humana-owned CenterWell Primary Care and executing cross-enterprise initiatives to promote integration between Humana and CenterWell care assets. She was first exposed to Flare during a Flare-Humana partnership which spurred her interest in healthcare venture capital. Of particular interest to her is innovation in digital health and care delivery models.
A fervent Tar Heel, Emma graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health. In her spare time, she enjoys travel, fitness classes, and This American Life podcast. While currently located in Louisville, Emma looks forward to moving to Chicago in the spring of 2023. ”
