Dora Chu

Dora is a first-year MBA student at Harvard Business School. Prior to HBS, she spent three years at the Aetna Joint Ventures arm of CVS Health leading collaboration efforts among large hospital systems, health plans, and start-ups. To improve the consumer financial experience, she led the product development and launch of the first combined health plan explanation of benefits and hospital system bill at Aetna. Dora began her career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she was a product manager for digital bill payment applications. Immediately prior to business school, Dora worked at a Series A start-up focused on improving health care access and equity for patients on Medicaid. She strongly believes that there are operational and technology solutions that can create accountability for the consumer’s health care experience. Dora graduated from Brown University with a double concentration in Economics and Literary Arts.
