Chrissy Foo

Chrissy Foo is a first-year MBA student at The Wharton School in the Health Care Management program. She is deeply committed to leveraging innovative technologies and payment models to empower underserved communities and advance health equity. Before starting her MBA journey, Chrissy was part of the Growth Partnerships team at Oak Street Health. She led strategic collaborations, including a major relationship with AARP, to expand primary care access for seniors. After Oak Street’s acquisition by CVS Health, she managed several synergy workstreams with Signify Health and Aetna. Earlier in her career, Chrissy worked as a consultant at AVIA. She advised health systems on adopting digital health solutions to enhance the patient and provider experience. She also organized forums for C-suite executives and provided strategic guidance to health system venture funds and their portfolio companies. Chrissy holds degrees in Psychology, Statistics, and Global Health from Northwestern University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to new destinations, boxing, and fiction.
