Charlotte is an Executive Director on Signify Health’s Strategic Innovation team. She incubates ecosystem partnerships and focuses on identifying and shaping new products and capabilities for Signify.
Prior to Signify, Charlotte was a management consultant at Deloitte, focused on strategy and change management for large scale technology and program implementations. After building her industry expertise and business foundations, Charlotte shaped and led a healthcare industry incubation team dedicated to ideating, market testing, and securing firm investment for new Deloitte technology-based businesses.
Charlotte began her career as a dedicated advisor for hospital systems implementing performance technologies to modernize readmissions prevention and physician network development.
Charlotte holds a BS from Wake Forest University in Political Science, and an MBA with a healthcare concentration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
