Charlotte is an MBA student at the Kellogg School of Management with a background in corporate strategy and growth across the healthcare ecosystem. Prior to business school, she was a Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Surgery Partners, an owner and manager of ambulatory surgery centers, where she built and executed the organization’s health system joint venture strategy.
Before Surgery Partners, Charlotte spent time on the Growth team at Cityblock Health developing value-based Medicaid partnerships. She began her career at Deloitte Consulting, where she advised payors and providers on growth strategy and business model innovation engagements.
Charlotte is in Kellogg’s accelerated One-Year MBA Program and holds a BA in Economics and Psychology from Northwestern University. Outside of work, she enjoys walking her dog on Chicago’s Lakefront Trail, teaching group fitness classes, and trying new restaurants.
